We Willie Winkie was an insane project to work on. It went from a four person group to a three person project quickly. With the drop of a team member the project became slightly more intensive. To add fuel to the fire we also had a group member getting hitched. Then four became two.
The film shoot lasted 12 hours and occurred in on day. It was tiring to say the least; however it was an extremely educational experience. I learned how to set lights, create shadows, operate boom and so on. Minor independent filmmaker in the works, I tell you...not really.
The set up for the each scene proved more difficult than the next. Moving furniture adjusting extension cords, because Jasmines' old house proved problematic. Oh well, it was a success in the end and could not have been more grateful for her hard work and deception to achieving our vision.
The filming schedule took its toll on me. I also got to act in the film casting the shadow for the creepy WWW. It was a laughable experience that turned out creepy just like we wanted.
